Location

The property “Cooinda” is located 17 Km south of Keith on the Riddoch highway. Keith is in the Upper Southeast of South Australia, a renowned stud breeding area with numerous British and Australasian sheep studs, Merino sheep studs, and cattle studs.

”Cooinda” has thirty year average rainfall of 434mm. We have predominately well drained sand over limestone soils, cool wet winters dry hot summers, and a good underground water resource, making it one of the most suitable Lucerne seed producing areas in the country, if not the world.
